Welcome to Srishti.Every launch, on one plan.
Srishti is where Kapiva runs new product development: from the product brief to launch. A PM plans each launch from an activity template, owners complete their activities and tasks, approvers sign off the plan and its changes, and everyone sees the same schedule.
How Srishti works
Every project moves through the same stages. Each one is done by a different person, and each has a page in these docs.
- AdminSet Srishti upAdd people to their teams, give each person the page access they need, and keep the activity templates and document storage ready.
- PMPlan the projectCreate the project from a brief and an activity template, give every activity an owner and a task, and calculate the schedule.
- ApproverApprove the planA plan that runs past its template's duration goes to the baseline approvers the PM named. One approval makes the project active.
- MemberDo the workOwners find their activities and tasks in My Activities, upload documents, review each other's work and talk it through in conversations.
- PMKeep it on trackStatus and launch dates are calculated from the plan. The PM changes the running plan directly; the baseline only moves through an approved new baseline.
- PMClose itWhen the work is delivered, cancelled or on hold, the PM closes the project. Everything stays viewable.
