Member guide

Members do the work. Every activity assigned to you shows up in My Activities, grouped by project, with its tasks, documents and conversations. Complete your tasks on time and the next team can start.

What you will see

  • My Activities lists each active project where an activity is assigned to you, and the ones you run as PM. Open a project card to see three tabs: Activities, Docs and Conversations.
  • Activities are grouped as Active now (already started) and Upcoming (not started yet). Each shows a status such as In progress, Delayed or Complete, worked out from the dates and your tasks — you do not set it.
  • A badge shows when an activity is on the critical path or close to it, so you know which delays move the launch date.
  • At the top, tiles count what is Overdue, Due today and Due this week, and the conversations bell on the page counts threads that need your reply or that you have not opened.
  • Each morning at 9:30 AM IST you may get one Daily Digest email: only when an activity of yours is overdue or due today or tomorrow, or a thread that tags you still needs your reply. It lists them with links into Srishti; with nothing to chase, no email comes.

First things to do

  1. Open My Activities and check Overdue and Due today at the top first, then the Active now list — anything Delayed needs you today.
  2. Open the tasks of your first activity. Each task says what it needs: a document, a checklist, some text or a decision.
  3. Check the Conversations tab for threads that tagged you, and reply so the project is not waiting on you.

Complete an activity

/home

Each task is finished in its own way, then marked complete. Mark task complete stays unavailable until everything mandatory is done.

  1. Open the activity's tasks from your project card.
  2. Document upload — upload one file for each required document. You can View or Remove it until you complete the task. If a reviewer rejects it, it shows Rejected: upload the corrected file.
  3. Checklist — tick the items. Every mandatory item must be ticked.
  4. Field input — fill in the fields. Every mandatory field needs a value.
  5. Save progress keeps a half-done checklist or form. A completed task cannot be changed.
  6. Review tasks — open the document listed, then Check (or Approve) it; the button stays off until the document is ready for you. To reject, add a comment and, when asked, choose the activity to send the work back to.

Find and use your documents

/home

The Docs tab shows every document you are allowed to see on the project.

  1. Open the project card and choose the Docs tab.
  2. Each row shows the document's name, the activity it belongs to and its status — Not yet uploaded, Uploaded, Checked, Approved or Rejected.
  3. Documents that need action come first, ahead of the ones already signed off.

Talk to your team

/home

Conversations keep questions with the project instead of in email.

  1. Open the Conversations tab and choose + New thread.
  2. Give it a title and a first message, optionally say which activity it is about, and tag the people who must answer.
  3. Watch the conversations bell on My Activities: it counts threads that need your reply or are unread, and opens the thread when you pick it.

Guardrails

  • You only see projects and activities that you are assigned to, or documents shared with you.
  • Only an activity's assignee (or the PM) can complete its tasks. If a task will not let you submit it, ask the PM whether the activity is assigned to you.
  • Do not skip a mandatory item to finish early — submission stays blocked until everything required is done.

When to hand the work off

  • If you cannot finish on time, tell the PM in the project's Conversations tab before the due date.
  • If you cannot see an activity you expect, ask the PM whether you are its owner.
  • If an activity needs a decision, wait for the approver named on it — do not mark it complete yourself.
